Jake’s meds seem to be working great…a little too great maybe, lol. He’s been sorta manic. He’s been moving furniture around and playing tons of video games and such. But I’d rather him be manic and in a good mood than having panic attacks and depressed :]
I went out with my parents today, we got all sorts of supplies for William to start with his solids, since...

Thank you! I’m glad too. Best birthday gift I could have lol! We still have some appointments to set up and they want to do a brain scan just to rule out clots or tumors, but he looks so much better!

William won’t be using the room for another 6 months at least because we crib him with us, so for now we can put instruments in there :]
Jake is inherently musical, and so playing instruments is like therapy for him. It’ll be good…he needs a release.

Thank god…they let him go yesterday. He’s still on the Abilify, but they gave him a new anxiety medication that’s more mild and has less side effects.
So far, he’s doing pretty well :]
I’m just sick of all his family preaching at us that he “shouldn’t be doped up on these meds, all he needs is to sleep and eat more and he doesn’t even have a mood...
They won’t let me see him.
He’s not even in his own room, he’s in a “holding area” with all the other patients…they tested all his vitals and started him on a new and milder anxiety medication, but he’s not sure when he’ll be released.

I can’t sleep, I’m just gonna be sitting here wearing his jacket and playing With Me on repeat on my iPod like a fucking idiot. They didn’t say how long they’re keeping...
